In
July 2008 the EU proposed a partial ban on the trade in seal products.
IFAW would like to see this amended to a full ban to avoid loopholes
which may allow cruelty to continue. This would send a clear message to
the Canadian government that EU citizens want no part in this hunt. We
have produced a range of collateral to ask people to write to their
MP’s and engage with the issues.
