The primary target audience of the International Fund for Animal Welfare’s humpback whale campaign were politicians at Westminster. In anticipation of a vital vote in favour of a whaling ban, we invited MPs to adopt a whale. The mailings highlighted the beauty of these magnificent beasts as they made their annual migration and resulted in an unprecedented response from MPs.
